opj2dat software package provides OriginLab Origin project files to data files converter, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install opj2dat
opj2dat is installed in your system.
Make ensure the opj2dat package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep opj2dat *
You will get with opj2dat package name, version, architecture and description in a table
